  • Why are some shops closed on Sundays?

    Gone surfing! Although it may seem strange for a business to simply close its doors one day a week, our founder, Blake Buchanan, believes that his employees should have a day to worship, spend time with family and friends, or just get some time away from work to rest. This leads to happier crew members, and happy crew members equal better Sno. All our shops are given the option to close on Sundays, so check out our shop locations page to see your local Bahama Buck’s hours of operation.

  • Can I get the nutritional and allergen information for your products?

    Absolutely. Visit our menu page to view nutritional and allergen information for each product.

  • Can I buy your flavors?

    We are flattered that our guests would love to enjoy a taste of paradise at home! You can get our ready-to-use flavors by purchasing a Paradise Party Pack® or individual flavor bottles through your local shop. Bahama Buck's proprietary flavors in concentrated form may only be purchased by Bahama Buck's franchise owners and operators.

  • How does Bahama Buck's Surf Club Rewards work?

    Here's the low-down: Spend $1, earn 2 Paradise Points at any Bahama Buck's location. When you've collected 120 Paradise Points, you'll receive any product, any size, FREE! And that's just the beginning. Surf Club members will also be eligible for rad offers and discounts! When placing an order in-shop, have your app QR code ready to scan when you pay or simply provide the Avalanche Crew with the phone number associated with your account to earn Paradise Points. To open your app QR code, tap the "Scan" icon located at the bottom left of your app, and your QR code will appear. If you forgot to scan while ordering, you can always scan the barcode located at the bottom of your receipt to earn Paradise Points for your order. When ordering in the app or online, your Paradise Points are automatically added to your account. Orders placed online as a "guest" will not earn Paradise Points.

  • I didn't get my free Sno reward when I signed up...

    Rewards can take up to 24 hours to appear; however, if you don't see your free product available within 10-15 minutes of creating your account, you may need to refresh your app by pulling down on the surfboard or by swiping out of the app and reloading. If you still do not see your reward after 24 hours, please submit a Message in a Bottle.

  • What happens to my physical punch card? Can I still use it?

    Unfortunately, as of January 1, 2023 we are no longer accepting paper punch cards. Be sure to download the app or text SURF to 26132 to start earning Paradise Points for free product rewards, just like our original punch cards.

  • I didn't receive any points when I made a purchase. Why?

    Points can take up to 24 hours after your purchase to appear in your Surf Club Rewards account. You can view pending points in your "Account History" on the app. If you have still not received points after 24-Hours, you can enter the barcode at the bottom of your receipt within 72 hours of your purchase.

  • How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password in the app, tap the "Log In" button on the home screen. Then simply type in the email address associated with your account and tap the "Reset Password" link. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password.

  • How do I redeem my free product reward?

    When placing an order in-shop, have your app QR code ready to scan when you pay or simply provide the Avalanche Crew with the phone number associated with your account. The Avalanche Crew will then redeem your free product on their side of the register. Once redeemed, the offer will disappear from your app. Want to order online? No Problem! Just add the qualifying product to your online ordering cart and apply the offer at checkout.

  • Is there a difference between ordering in the app vs. bahamabucks.com?

    Nope! It's more of a personal preference thing. You'll earn Paradise Points whether you order in the app or on bahamabucks.com.

  • How many points do I need to earn a reward?

    Spend $1, earn 2 Paradise Points at any Bahama Buck's location. When you've collected 120 Paradise Points, you'll receive any product, any size, FREE! If you choose to redeem a Sno with your Surf Club Reward it will include one complimentary Tropical Topping.

  • Are there any items that are excluded from earning points?

    Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for earning Paradise Points: gift cards when they are purchased and orders originating from third party platforms (e.g. DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, etc.). Cool Gear purchased online is also excluded from earning points.

  • Can I earn Paradise Points when I redeem a gift card!

    Yup! While gift cards are not eligible for earning Paradise Points when they are purchased, you will earn Paradise Points when you redeem your gift card.

  • Are Tropical Toppings included in my free product reward?

    If you choose to redeem a Sno with your Surf Club Reward it will include one complimentary Tropical Topping, additional toppings will be charged at menu price.

  • Can I earn Paradise Points on catering orders?

    Yes! All Bahama Buck's Catering is eligible for points.

  • Do my Paradise Points expire?

    Your Paradise Points and earned Surf Club Rewards will never expire. They're yours to keep forever. And ever. And ever.

  • Do I receive a gift for my birthday?

    Bahama Buck's loves celebrating our guests' birthdays! So much so, that we'll load a FREE Small Sno in your Surf Club Rewards account the week before your birthday! You'll have two full weeks to redeem your birthday offer before it floats away and will not be available until a week prior to your birthday the following year. If your birthday is 14 days or less from your signup date, we'll send your birthday Sno the following year!

  • How many points do I get if I refer a friend?

    You'll receive 25 bonus Paradise Points when a friend signs up for Surf Club with your referral code and makes their first purchase. Easily share your referral code with friends directly from the app under the "More" menu.

  • I forgot to earn points on my order in the shop. Can I still get them?

    Yes! If you forgot to scan while ordering, you can always scan the barcode located at the bottom of your receipt to earn Paradise Points for your order. Please note, you can only enter visits manually within 2 weeks of purchase. When ordering in the app or online, your Paradise Points are automatically added to your account. Orders placed online through "Guest Checkout" will not earn Paradise Points.

  • I had an offer in my app, but now it's gone...

    Once a gifted offer expires, it will no longer be visible in your app. Offers that are only available at certain locations may also not be available when ordering online at bahamabucks.com.

  • Can I earn Paradise Points through a third-party delivery service?

    Orders originating from third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, Favor, Postmates, etc.) are not eligible to earn Paradise Points. Online orders placed for delivery that originate on bahamabucks.com or in the app are eligible for Paradise Points.

  • How do I find a Bahama Buck's shop?

    Locating a Bahama Buck's shop is easy! Go to the "More" menu in the app and select "Find a Shop".

  • How can I change my "Favorite Shop" location?

    Select "Edit Profile" from the "More" menu in the app. To change your favorite locations simply click in the "Favorite Shop" field and select another shop.

  • What if I don't want to download the app?

    No problem! You can still participate in Surf Club Rewards without the app by texting SURF to 26132. Your rewards and Paradise Point balance will be available to check in our Bahama Buck's shops. We'll also send you email updates about any new rewards or offers and when you earn Paradise Points!

  • Can I earn Paradise Points from any Bahama Buck's location?

    You may earn Paradise Points and redeem rewards at all traditional Bahama Buck's locations nation-wide! Unfortunately, at this time transactions at satellite locations are not eligible to earn points redeem rewards.
